    We’ll transform your property into a co-living space, from refurbishment to furnishings. You can be involved in every phase of the process.

  • Looking to buy a building?
    We’ll show you potential buildings that are perfect for a Koalition and that will yield a higher return than you would traditionally see. We then take care of creating a co-living space as described above.

THE DEAL WE AGREE UPON DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON THE OUTCOME YOU’RE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF BOTH PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

  • Management contract. We partner up and share revenues. You participate in building an awesome community and space, we operate the whole thing.
